Our Founder Marina DiSario
Ever since I was a child herbs and spices were an inherent part of my life. My family owned a small piece of land where we grew most of our food. Summer and Fall we foraged berries and mushrooms and picked wildflowers from the endless green fields. We used every herb, spice, and berry in our food and remedies. I remember making lavender lemonades, chamomile tea and raspberry leaf tinctures. I was hooked! Little did I know that the love and connection with nature would ignite within me for years to come.
In 2017 we offered our very own Elderberry syrup blend to our community in an effort to raise money for a Children's ministry. We received way more orders than anticipated. Our hearts were full of joy! Through Elderberry Goodness we were able to support the needs of our local community as well as many children in the U.S and around the world. Soon thereafter, the Elderberry Goodness company was born.
